This website

This site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, and makes no external requests — the fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN. There is no tracking pixel and no advertising network.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not query them for marketing.

When you contact us

When you call, we keep what you tell us — name, address, phone, the appliance, and the work performed — because we need it to do the job and to honour the warranty afterwards. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the repair, other than a parts distributor when a part has to be ordered to your job.

Retention

Service records are kept for as long as the warranty on the work runs, and then for as long as Florida record-keeping practice requires. You can ask us to delete anything not covered by that.

Your requests

Call (904) 775-7957 to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.

Changes

If this notice changes we will change the date below rather than quietly edit the text.
